Double-bill of queer films at the ROM
We're back from our satellite festival at the National Gallery of Canada! With a box office increase of 15%, we're delighted by the community's support of this young initiative. A record-breaking 20 community groups and sponsors came on board to support Inside Out and we salute them, including our Founding Media Sponsor Capital Xtra!
We hosted guests from as far away as France, including Paris-based artist and filmmaker Brice Dellsperger and St. John's, Newfoundland documentary filmmaker Gerry Rogers, both of whom charmed the pants off festival-goers.
On closing night, we presented to a sold-out crowd the Audience Award for Best Feature (Ferron: Girl on a Road by Gerry Rogers) and Best Short (Get Happy by Mark Payne).
