Proprietor’s Reserve Chardonnay 2002
Melon, apple, and buttery vanilla unfold gracefully in this richly textured Chardonnay. Several months of oak ageing contributes much depth and complexity to this wine giving it a long smooth finish. Enjoy with shellfish, salmon, grilled pork or cream based pastas.

Proprietor’s Reserve Cabernet 2003
Well connected cherry, herb and blackberry aromas unite with eight months of oak ageing to form a Cabernet with character and complexity. A great dinner partner, this medium bodied, earthy wine compliments grilled meats including beef tenderloin and lamb, blackened fish or older cheeses.
